iPhone 6 notification centre

For some reason I can't access the notification centre on the lock screen of my iPhone 6, but I can on my iPad mini which is running iOS 8 also. Does anyone have any idea why?
 
You can disable it in your settings, check its enabled for your lock screen. It's in your touch ID settings..
