Never seen a replacement box.
But I doubt they would look alike.
Point here is the packaging is so minimalistic.

now that i think about it, why so plain??? did they not make the box with iOS 8 on it? was iOS not ready yet when they are planning the box? notice it only says iPhone... not iPhone 6 or iPhone 6+? how can they identify which is which.

I think that is the same size as the actual iPhone model and with the obvious dimension difference, it should be easily distinguished.

They haven't released the artwork yet, and they probably won't put it up as there are two different flagship devices and they'd prefer to not favour one over the other.

That box is a PLACEHOLDER, people. It doesn't even say 6 or 6 Plus. Duh.
