iPhone 6 payment

Hi Guys,

I have pre ordered iPhone 6 this morning and stated delivery will be on 19/9- but I notice Apple took out the full payment out of my bank account. It normally take out when they despatch it(cannot see order process online for time being, but got email confirmation this morning), it that normal for them to take it out immediately?

I tried to buy an Iphone 6 in apple store. My purchase was not approved by Visa, but my limit was locked by apple store. Since november 5 I am trying to contact Apple in order to get my limit free but with no success.

They normally state it won't be processed until dispatch!
