Can't you bring it into Apple and get a screen replacement? I don't recall the cost but in the US it is under $150, I think.

I called apple and they said that they cant replace the screen(WTF!!!) but they accept my iphone back and give me a new one for 399€!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS OUTREAGEOUS!!!!!
