iPhone 6 Plus call waiting option cannot turn on

So I noticed today in settings/phone call waiting is greyed out and i cannot turn it on. I do not know if its working or not. I am on AT&T, anyone else have this issue?

i did just test it and it does work. i just cannot turn the thing on on the phone. so i guess it does not matter.

I noticed the same.
As long as it works then Im not worried about the switch.
Its not like we can turn it on or off anyway.
