I'm convinced that different individuals have different sensitivities to these frame rate dips. I've taken my phone in and was told it's normal. TWICE. I can reproduce them on all display models.

I finally gave up. It's just a fact of life. I hand the phone to my wife and she has no idea what I'm going on about.

If all the display models do it, what were you expecting them to do for you? Rewrite the OS while you wait? Did you give feedback to Apple?

I honestly wasn't expecting anything. People here kept telling me (and still do) that I simply had a faulty device. I used going in to Apple as a means of confirming that the device wasn't actually faulty. Nothing more.

The most common response to anything I say about frame drops is either "your device is broken, swap it out". Or "I don't see anything I don't know what you're talking about". There was one such response in this very thread.
No problem here either. It's smooth as everything else. I don't know what you're doing.

I have stated multiple times that I fully understand that some people are more sensitive to these dips than others. Some people are also way more sensitive to changes in color differences of displays, which i personally am not; though I don't personally have the gall to tell someone they are not seeing what they are seeing.
