You cannot get in without the passcode.
If you "forgot" your passcode you will have to restore the phone. There's no way to get in without that.

Why would your parents disable touch id ? I like to know. Something up here.....
If your parents really did disable Touch ID, ask them for the passcode. You cannot disable Touch ID without knowing the passcode.
Obvious solution: give it back to the rightful owner.
There's tons of guys in Nigeria that can help you out. They'll probably ask you to do some stuff on PayPal, but you get to keep some of the money for your trouble. A lot of them are Princes/royalty, so it's totally above board.
No way around it and like the multitude of other threads asking for help to bypass the security there's no reason to keep this thread open.
