So today, randomly! my phone got frozen at the lockscreen and started to reboot on its own. i tried to do a hard reset, didn't work. my iPhone 6 Plus is on ios 8.1 and jailbroken. Long story short, i tried to do everything possible to fix it. Didnt work. Tried contacting apple, and said i would need to bring it in for a exchanged phone. What happens exactly is it resprings every 30 seconds, and after a few times a red screen comes up. After a little researching i realized im not first. Now heres the funny part: ( totally my mistake ) after getting a new laptop 2 weeks ago, i didnt backup my phone snice. and i dont do it through icloud. so i plugged it in today, and its recognized by itunes, and when i click backup now, it says i need to disable my passcode. but i cant get passed the lockscreen. i tried booting in safe mode but all the buttons are unresponsive unless i try to do a hard reset. so my question is, since im jailbroken, is there anyway i can disable my passcode so i could do a backup? i have 2 years worth of photos and messages and it hurts terribly i made such a stupid mistake. if not, do i restore before i bring it to apple? is there any chance they can recover it instead? thanks for your help guys.
