iPhone 6 Plus springboard crash, please help!

okay so I have this really strange crash going on. Whenever I'm in a phone call and I close some apps my springboard crashes, I literally have no idea why it's doing it and it's so frustrating, tried everything. If anyone knows what to do please help me.

You have posted in the jailbreak forum, so I am going to proceed in the assumption that your phone is jailbroken.

Do you have any tweaks installed that even remotely deal with either calling or any of the apps that you are closing?

If so, try removing them one at a time and then replicating your problem until it stops. Once it does (if it does) then you know which tweak is causing your problem.
