I would. If you have a friend or know someone with another 6+ -- see if their volume is noticeably louder and see if they can't go with you. If not just be super nice and mention how other 6+s you see seem to have much louder volume.

I agree. I believe they have more than one working demo phone available at the Apple store. They did at my local store.

Is anyone else experiencing low volume when talking on the phone. My volume is turned all the way up and sometimes the volume is very low. Protective covering has been removed

Yes, I am a 6 month 6 + user. I HAVE NEVER HAD A CALLER ON THE OTHER END *NOT*SAY "I CAN'T HEAR YOU" or "YOUR BREAKING UP" . Thanks Mac, just payed your salary, and now I have to wear the hands free ALL THE TIME. How do you guys expect to compete with with those other crap phones if your phone does not even work?

I have had no problems hearing anyone once I figured out it was the way I was holding my 6 plus to my ear.
