Iphone 6 randomly shutdown in standby mode

My Iphone 6 16gb randomly shutdown in standby mode, i only can turn it on by hold POWER + HOME. here is the log :

In 8.1.1 , my phone is restarted after the blues screen appeared, anyone can help?

Did you try reset all setting? Or restore your iOS. I think it's OS problem. Mine IP5S fix that bug after restore and update 8.1.1

Normally the Red or blue screen bootloop, you got a IP6 Models with the faulty TLC NAND Chips.

The 16 GB doesn't have the cheesy TLC NAND Chips

Head back to Apple to get a replacement, it's a faulty hardware in the end.

I think TLC NAND Chips are used for 64/128gb, my phone only 16gb
My problem do not same with the video clip on youtube, blue screen or red screen appear when i using facebook , safari... And reboot but not stuck at the blue/red screen

Ok this is deff a iOS 8.1.1 issue

It's happened a week after the release on a lot of devices, found a thread about the IP5s going into a BSOD when it goes into a spotlight search and this video just now.

Hi I am also facing the same Problem.

From the error message, you can not tell it is a NAND error.
