I'm on an iPhone 6+ and some of the apps text is too big, even when using forcegoodfit (and text in setting being on the smallest), some apps could do with a text reduction, could I edit info.plist to display an even higher resolution for apps than the current screen size so that the UI elements are even smaller and it's able to display even more information at once? Or would that not work? I just find that some applications are too large for my liking. Would prefer to make them even smaller and to be able to view more at once. Don't really want to delve into the unknown and potentially lose jailbreak.

Alternatively, is their any tweaks out there that already allow this to be done?

Settings > General > Accessibility > Larger Text > Choose On/Off and drag slider if on.
