They won't reveal the new iPhone in the keynote, only software. The iPhone reveal will likely be in another event around August.

There will be new hardware today. But no iPhone 6.

That seems weird that Foxconn is willing to damage its relationship with Apple by confirming it officially.

that sounds plausible.. if they do ship by July, then the announcement would be today for the 4.7 summer release, and 5.5 production for the September/fall release.
