iPhone 6 thinness and iPad Air 2

hey not sure if anyone has posted this but iphone 6 thinness is 6.7mm with a protruding camera. The new iPad Air 2 is 6.1 mm thin with a flush camera lens...just don't know wtf Apple was thinking with the iPhone any suggestions?

they wanted to drive us crazy and are laughing at us search for the perfect case that prevents the camera from touching the table when placed down...but not too thick. Wouldn't want to ruin the integrity of the apple design. 😱

It's not on the iPhone 6 either.

But anyway, I have absolutely no problem with protruding camera! And love thinness on portable devices. Not to keen on carrying bricks in my pockets.

taking the 5s for example: it's not 1 mm thicker. does it make it a brick? don't think so.

Maybe not brick but thicker, and in my book thicker on portable devices is not better (even if it gives me 30 min more battery life)

No idea, other then the IP6 does have a better camera, so maybe the electronics are larger for the IP6 phone.

The camera in the iPhone 6 is a lot better than the one found in the iPad Air 2.
