iPhone 6 volume indicator persists...

iOS 8.1, adjusted the volume today and the popup volume indicator window would not disappear/go away...

I could take the screenshoot or doing anything else, the volume window stayed up. Had to reboot to remove it.

Anyone else have this issue before?
