Iphone 6 volume selectivity?

Is there a way to set the ring loud
while the other notifications (email/text) are soft?

I dont think so. The volume is for the entire set of notifications. But happy to be proven wrong if someone else has a work around.

The only thing the volume button does separately is the ear piece volume. Other than that is is all notifications
