Here you go. Sized for 6s Plus. As I originally designed these it was easy for me to adjust the colour to your exact specifications. You will see as I added your swatch on the third image to show you the matching of the colour.

Thank you for your kind comments. I found a higher res image of the harp & shamrocks. Just had to adjust the colour a little bit. The provinces was easy once I located a vector image. Allowed me to do a little better than a creased flag. So glad you were pleased with everything.
