Is this the blurred Mac Enter Screen that I have been recently doing that you are asking for? You are a little vague on your request. Is this the background image you would like used? What would you like in the circle logo? And is there a name to be put on it?

Need more info before any of us can help you.

Yes please a little blur and one without blur. Yes this will be the main background picture I would like. Can I have the name Manly.
