Has anyone had an issue with their warranty as displayed on the image below? It states that:
"We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us."
I have already contacted Apple support over the phone about it. I have the original receipt showing proof of the serial number purchased along with Apple care+. If this phone was indeed replaced, its never left my wifes hands, then why would my receipt show the serial number matching the device in hand? So far the phone AppleCare people havent fixed it and its been like this for almost a week now. The iphone needs replacing of the home button as its very loose and tends to stick when pressed too firmly. Anyone have any tips? Should i just go into the store to get this resolved with receipt in hand? Thanks
