Iphone 6 Wifi issue

So when I leave my Wifi on and lock the phone after a couple of minutes I unlock the phone it shows that its still connected to the wifi but things won't refresh like fb and instagram meaning that theres mo internet. So i had to toggle the wifi for it to have internet

I have that issue all the time. I have to toggle wi-fi on and off in control center. It started with iOS 8 and probably won't be fixed until iOS 9 🙁

I tought it was a hardware issue. Good thing I know that its a software issue.

Yeah, definitely a software issue. Many devices have this issue only in iOS 8.

Does your Iphone 6 get hot after a few minutes of use? Or it starts heating? Is this a software issue aswell?

Actually, I have an iPhone 5s. It can get warm after a bit, but I'm pretty sure it's normal for all phones.
