Hello everyone

I have 2 iPhone 6 and am facing issue with one of them. In one I can connect to WiFi fine with porper range but with other I have to go within 15 feet of the router to get WiFi connection.

I am lost as to why this is happening, it used to be fine previously but for the past 2 odd months it's giving issues, anyone can throw some light as to why this is happening?

Will doing a restore as new help? Don't want to go through all the hassel if it won't help.

Thanks for advice in advance.

Regards

It sounds like a hardware issue.
Sometimes the wifi chip or the wifi antenna inside need to be adjusted/fixed.
I'd bring it to Apple and see what they can do for you.
Thanks, will try that but unfortunately I don't have any iPhone store where I live so have to wait a while, will update once I do that hopefully it will help.
