iPhone 6(S)/Plus iPhone 6+ won’t call 1-800 numbers

I get a message saying you call cannot be completed as dialed. My wife’s 6s can call the number no problem. I’ve also had people tell me that when I call them they don’t see my name but only 1+ for a caller ID. What is going on with this phone?

Have you attempted to reset the network settings within the iPhone?

I reset the network settings. Still not working. Looks like it’s time for a new phone.

It could be something to do with your network provider, rather than the phone itself. Have you tried swapping your sim in your wife's phone and checking. Maybe a replacement simcard will solve your problem.
