I didn't know you could determine the battery cycle counts for any iPhones. Enlighten us how please.

Pretty common knowledge around here there are apps that report battery info including cycles.
    Coconut battery Mac
    iBackUpBot Mac
    Battery Health iOS
    Battery Doc iOS

    To name a few.

Wouldn't it also matter how long the phone has been in use?

    6s plus
    254
    Launch day device

I've always said I don't care about a larger battery on the plus but I guess I burn through enough charge cycles that this isn't really true. I'll be lucky to get two years out of the phone at this rate. Battery cases are an option.

Yeah I could do that. Aren't they about $80? Weighing the pros and cons of an external pack. I could get one of those for around $50. Decisions haha.

I should add that I've had my 6s since October 2015 and the battery health is 96%. That said I'm not exactly a heavy user...

6S Bought in November 2015, 254 cycles, currently saying 84% capacity but yesterday was saying 76%. Think its time to go to Apple and have them check it out...

141 charge cycles. Phone is a replacement I got in Jan. Battery is between 95-102% capacity depending on when I open the app.

GFs phone is at 230 cycles from launch day. 94% health.
