I've seen all of the rumors about the new features, processors, screens and cameras regarding the next iPhone. Is there any information out there on whether they will support the new 700Mhz LTE band (Band 12, I believe) for T-Mobile?

I heard John Legere saying in Periscope that he hopes the iPhone 6s supports band 12. I don't think anyone will know whether or not it will until it is released, however, there is a very good chance because every new generation iPhone has supported more LTE bands than the previous. The iPhone 5 had 4, the 5c and 5s had 13, and the 6 and 6+ had 20.

Most likely. Apple would be quite the outlier if they were the only manufacturer to release a phone on T-Mobile this year without Band 12 support.

I agree. I did the Jump! on Demand promotion T-Mobile has going until Sept 5 and got the 16GB iPhone 6 for $15/month. When the iPhone 6S comes out I will get the 128GB model and pay $199 for the memory upgrade and still just pay $15/month. I hope it does support Band 12 since it is now live in most of Colorado.

How do the logistics work for this? Do you have to call a number to order a 6S, then return the 6 to a store? And how do you know that you'll be able to pay extra for the memory upgrade? I was unable to find this information anywhere. The advice I got when calling T-Mobile was laughable.

BTW, the 6S does support 700MHz band 12, as you probably know by now.

Yes, the support LTE Band 12 (700 MHz). Here's a link to what the T-Mobile Twitter site sent me: http://newsroom.t-mobile.com/news/t...g-your-phone-with-jump-and-jump-on-demand.htm.
