Iphone 6S activation info

Sold an iPhone on eBay and buyer messaged me saying the phone is asking for billing zip and last 4 of SS.
What can i do? I paid full price for the phone thru apple on my verizon account.

My guess is the pre-install sim card inside is registered to your account. Or the esn is tied to your account.

Still asks for info when the pre installed sim card is taken out. Hopefully someone has a solutiion for me until I call verizon in the morning.

Just did a quick search and he needs those info to activate the phone. Its a complete brick without those info.
