Morning guys and gals. So my battery on my phone which is just under a year old (in Apple warranty)is screwed. No doubt about it. Turns off consistently at all percentages. Won't charge/will charge. Chaos basically. The Apple Store is a fair distance from me. I was going to book an appointment at the Genius Bar. It's not really the thing you can prove and I want i want to avoid being pushed away for a replacement. Anyone know of strategic plans to do before hand to avoid such monstrosity?
