iPhone 6S - Cannot change from 3G to LTE

Hello...

Me and my wife have the sam phones (ipHone 6S) and same carrier.

I have also made same settings on both phones (hopefully).

But I have LTE network, while my wife is stucked with 3G.

What could I possibly missed?

On her phone, try to reset the network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
