Iphone 6s clockspeed ios 11

Since I updated to ios 11, I noticed a decrease in speed on my iphone 6s.
I then installed an app to monitor the cpu clockspeed. At full 100% battery, the clockspeed is something like 1845mhz like it’s supposed to be. When battery goes below ~90%, clocks drop to 1500mhz. If battery drops below ~85%, clocks drop to 1200mhz. If battery drops below 75%, clocks drop to 911mhz. And finally if battery drops below ~40%, clockspeed drops to 600mhz. It’s really frustrating because I really notice the increased stutter with light usage, and especially in gaming. Already tried a restore but it didn’t work.

I made a thread about game stuttering but we were only able to come to some assumptions as to why it was happening...you may be on to something here with the constant downclocking. Glad to prove the fool in the following thread wrong, too, about it being related to a beta.

I'll run the same tests on my 6S Plus (I am on the latest iOS 11.1 beta - what are you on?) and let you know my findings (after I charge to 100%). The random game stuttering is getting ridiculous.

I’m on ios 11.0.3. Geekbench scores also portray the clockspeeds for me btw.
