iphone 6s freezing when loading home screen

Just bought an iPhone 6s 128g. From the moment I bought it, it was freezing when loading the home screen. I restored it at least 7 times, with no results. Apple sent me a replacement, but it does the exact same thing PLUS some of the other problems listed here. I haven't seen anyone else with this particular problem. It usually does it when the phone has been idle for several minutes. Any suggestions?

Are you restoring from a backup each time? If so, try restoring again and set it up as new this time. I know it takes a while to do this, but it might resolve the issue you are having.

Finally got the video loaded. It's up above. I have looked through the other forum posts and I still don't see anything that looks/sounds like this problem.
