iphone 6s help

Ok my coworker has an iphone 6s that's not tracking his movements from the "Health" app. It says "no data found". He's already rebooted, restored and setup up as new phone and its still not registering any movements. Software is updated and current to 9.2. What's the problem, any fixes?

9.1 is the most current (according to my phone)... Are they on 9.0.2, or a 9.2 beta?

And maybe check the Apps configured in the "Health" app. And the "Motion and Fitness" settings in the Privacy section.

he did.. it's ON... still not working. the data is blank.

Personally, I'd be making an appointment for a replacement. Has it ever worked?

its pretty much a hardware issue at this point. It has never worked.
