This should be an easy question to answer. I currently have a Spigen Neo Hybrid case on my Iphone 6s plus phone. I like the look of the Apple leather case, but I am concerned about the protection for normal drops. Those that have used the case how has it been for you and are there any real issues with the protection of this case?

Figured I'd chime in with my opinion as I've had a lot of experience with spigen, otterbox, an other more "rugged" cases as well as a lot of experience with the Apple leather case which I'm currently using now. I'm not one to drop my phone often, but the few times I have the leather case has held up fine and protected my device. Of course a case like a spigen will help in more severe drops since the leather case does not offer bottom protection on the phone. But I'd say you would be fine with the protection the apple leather case provides.

I have been using the same Apple leather case since October '14 as my only case. So far my iPhone 6 still looks like the day I took it out if the box. I am not using a screen protector and use my phone a couple of hours every day. I don't often drop my phone often though but it happens from time to time.

I am replacing my case now though. It has gotten pretty worn.

The only problem with the Apple leather case is some scratch marks on the bottom where it's open. I didn't notice them at first but when I took some pics to sell my 6+ on eBay they showed up. Love this case though.
