Iphone 6s mic is not working !

Hi guys !
I have just bought the iphone 6s and i faced a problem with the microphone unfortunately.. When i'm calling someone i can hear him but he cannot ! (I should use the headphones instead) also when i'm recording a video the sound quality is horrible and terrible 🙁
i cannot believe this is new iphone !!
Please resolve this issue 🙁
