IPhone 6S on IOS 10.3.2 sometimes stutter or lag even after clean reinstall.

I've reinstalled 10.3.2 on my iPhone 6S from iTunes and I'm still experiencing lag or stutter with things such as going to a different app page on the home screen. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I talked to Apple and they think the upcoming software update will get rid of this stutter/lag? Do you think I should upgrade to IOS 10.3.3 or IOS 11 when it comes out or will my problem become worse. I have plenty of storage left on my device.

Upgrade,and move photos and videos you do not need to an external drive.
