iPhone 6s Plus bug iOS 9.3.2 in landscape mode with flickering

have my iPhone 6s plus 128 GB had this device replaced 6 times now I have an issue when I put it in landscape mode the folder changes color and when I put my phone in regular mode after landscape mode the dock flickers a little then it goes away can it be a software bug I posted videos bellow check please

I was able to replicate it many times on a store model phone

I did there engineers says that normal to happen I have the tmsc chip

I think it's nothing (mean normal) or some software bug

Apple care senior advisor told me she has same issue its normal

Mine was doing this earlier but I rebooted for another issue (Helath app) and now the flicker's gone.
