I switched from iPhone 6 to 6s plus because I wanted bigger. But feels like the camera is much slower on 6s. Probably a result of upping the megapixels and not increasing censor which results the camera ability to capture light at a slower rate. My experience applies to both front and back. What do you guys think?

Seems more or less the same for me. Don't forget to turn off Live Photo if you haven't already.

Mine seem to be the same at my previous 6+. I can not tell the difference.

Here is a crop from a front camera photo today. Forget about the motion blur my hand was shaking but what's up with the background?

Looks like HDR was on and tried to capture more than one image (as HDR does) to compile it.

Either that or you took that picure in Silent Hill

    Try holding the camera steady.

Given that the 6S Plus has OIS for pictures now too, the picture should not have been a blur even if your hand was shaking. Perhaps the Camera on you 6S Plus is defective and needs to be swapped out. You can always set up an Appointment with Apple and get them to evaluate it if you.
