My iPhone 6s plus hit the side of my office chair it was in my mophie case do you think any damage happen and do you think the tactic engine got jacked up it hit the side where the vibrate switch at the top ? help out please

i don't think the taptic engine will be damaged,The taptic engine is below the screen above home button, and upon the other damage it depends upon the angle of the drop and from which hight it was dropped,if it was a normal drop i don't think anything serious damage would have happened to the phone specially in a case

It was the sides of my phone where the Vibrator switch but on the Arms of the chair .

Last question is the 6s plus water resistant I know it's not stated on apple page but I left the 6s plus on the back where the camera at but with same Mophie case on my damp bed sheets but the sheets weren't wet but felt wet

The taptic engine (vibrator) of an iPhone 6s Plus is on the bottom of your phone, not right next to the silent switch.

There shouldn't be any problem with water damage unless you drop it in water or splash a lot on it..

Just relax and enjoy your phone, you sound overly concern and worried about small little things.

Use the phone as normal. If anything not working, then use your warranty (AppleCare+) if you have it. We are not technicians nor do we have your phone to help you. Only a tech can tell when brought into Apple.

That is one hell you are worrying about your phone. Even if you have placed your phone in a bowl of water nothing would have happened:D

Update took it to store diagnostic passed no hardware issue found had same issue when I got my phone wet in light rain the liquid sensor were still white even water got into ear piece in light rain surprising the indicators are still white after Genius Bar took apart my iPhone to check
