iPhone 6s Plus - flashlight in control center greyed out

I've been having issues with the flashlight in the control center being greyed out. The camera flash works, but I can't turn on the flashlight until I reboot.

Anyone else having this issue??

Yes, this happened to me a few times now on my 6s plus.
I also had to reboot to get it working.

Must be a bug within iOS9. Usually this will occur when battery is low.
