    Do you have a data plan with AT&T?

    Call them and they will tell you what is wrong

    There keeping saying there an issue on there end and apple saying its a hardware issue idk what to do now I do have data

    I assume you have reset the network settings and rebooted the phone.

    I would drop by an AT&T store and ask them to take a look at it. There are some settings they can check. Hope you get it going.

    Not understanding your post. Are they saying there's a problem on their end? If so, wait for them to fix it, or walk through a solution with them. If Apple says it's a hardware issue, take your phone in and get it replaced.

    So what does AT&T tell you to do? Are they working on fixing it from their side?

    Have you tried restoring your phone, as Apple said?

    all fixed apple store fixed it was an issue with at&T apple helped me fixed it
