Does the iPhone 6s Plus run iOS 10 smoothly? Trying to decide if it is worth upgrading from iOS 9.3.5

Yes. I haven't had any problems. My 6S Plus is as smooth as ever on iOS 10.

It's not completely relevant, but my 6s+ seemed to run better on iOS 10 than my 7+, which has been a little buggy in comparison. I suppose way more of the beta testers had 6s+'s than 7+'s.

Do a clean install. Always a good idea when major iOS iterations are released. Both iPhone 6s, and iPhone 6s+ are running flawlessly on iOS 10.0.2. Great phones. Again, we did clean installs on both.

I've upgraded my wife's and my iPhone 6S phones and they seem to work perfectly. The update went very smoothly, however, I've noticed an increase in battery drain on the iPhones and our iPad Air IIs. I think it's worth the trade off, time will tell.

Runs great. I didn't do a clean install and I had ZERO issues.

6S plus runs just as smooth on iOS 10 as the 7 plus. So much so that you question if the 7 is worth the "upgrade."

Have had very little issues even on the first iOS 10 beta. Ran the iOS 10 release version for a few days and now on the 10.1 beta. No issues whatsoever.
