iPhone 6s Plus, slow wifi/data?

Has anyone been experiencing slow wifi and data on the 6s plus? My device seems to be extremely slow more often than not both WiFi and cellular Data(Tmobile)

I've tested other devices on the same networks, same websites, apps, etc. and do not experience the slowness I am on my phone.

Curious if anyone is experiencing the same or if any suggestions to fix.
 
I am experiencing similar issues. Sometimes I'll have to toggle airplane mode on and off to get a decent connection back. I assumed it was my wifi but my signal strength never goes below 2 lines.
 
I've noticed this issue in a number of different ways. Sometimes safari just gets stuck even with full cellular coverage. Other times the cellular connection will get stuck at 1x even in a strong LTE area until I toggle airplane mode.

It's super frustrating.

6s here. I have similar issue with wifi only.
 
I love my 2 week new...6S Plus....but wifi has been frustrating! My old Ipad 3 will remain connected while my new powerhouse 6S+ struggles to get or keep a connection at times. My 5S also has no problem while new phone can take its time to connect. When I take it in to have them check it out....of course it connects then!
So, my 4 yr. old IPAD 3 will connect right away...and keep going strong...while the 6S+ can't always hang onto the signal!! Now...that's WEIRD to me!! ( Same with the 5S...it holds the signal )
I doubt it's a hardware issue....because it does work well most of the time. But sometimes ....VERY Frustrating!
Possibly a problem with the router shaking hands with the new 6S+ ; ) ??? It's a MYSTERY to ME...and has ruined the FUN of having just bought a new power phone! I'm just waiting for IT...to get OVER IT!!
 
Im starting to wonder if it's even worth it for me to get a 6S Plus now with all the lag issues and now this ?
 
Mine never loses connection but it speeds up and slows to a crawl depending on how it feels.
 
I just set up a new WiFi router, so far so good except my iPhone 6s has 'slow' wifi speed of 40-50 Mbps where my MacBook and Samsung phone are both getting around ~90 Mbps. Any tips?

Which band is your iPhone connected to out of interest?

I find my Mac Mini and Air 2 always use 5GHz for WiFi but my iPhone 6s Plus always chooses 2.5GHz.

Have had issues with my 6S+ holding a decent signal with my 5ghz band. Seems to do okay with the 2.4ghz.
