Who else is doing. I'm going to sell my unlocked iPhone 6s Plus and get the iPhone 7 plus unlocked.

I'm going to do this as well. Just trying to decide on jet black or not and if I should sell my phone early (I'd have to use an alternate phone until the new one gets shipped of course).

My problem is that mine is on Next. I owe $514 and need $217 to upgrade, but then I'd have to wait for them to show up in the ATT store.

Someone offered me $400 for my unlocked 128GB. Not really looking to give it away, but then my upgrade will be $114.

I think it's a nobrainer upgrade for anyone and everyone. Everyone takes photos, and the new cameras are just astonishingly good - we're talking years ahead of everyone else. I think you'd be mad to waste a year of your life waiting for the next iPhone, if you can find a way to finance the upgrade this year.

Even if I had to cut back on food and all my other living expenses I'd do it. These new iPhones truly are the best iPhones Apple has ever made. You simply have to find a way to get yourself upgraded to them.

The black model sure is pretty! I have the 6S Plus and I'm in the iPhone Upgrade Program, but I like buying my phones on the S schedule.

I think I'll wait this one out. :)

Will get the iPhone 7 plus matte black 128 gb sim-free model when it comes then I'll get it. Currently have the 6S Plus 128 gb sim-free model.

yeah, same here. I am on upgrade program. I already checked and I am eligible to do the upgrade on the release date. I am getting black 128 GB 7 plus.

Definitely upgrading from my iPhone 6s Plus but not sure if I'm gonna do the 7 Plus yet.

Can't you buy an unlocked carrier version?
Technically yes I can but i want to wait till it slows down a bit. I know that for the 6S and 6S Plus models, sim-free model was was released 2 weeks after the initial launch. I'm guessing it would be similar this year

Even if I'm not eligible for an upgrade I can buy the unlocked att one right? I have att now. I'm assuming if I'm buying it full price it doesn't really matter.

I just got my 6s Plus 128 a month ago so I don't think I will. I got it off of Swappa, it was only 2 weeks old when I bought it. The total value of everything the guy got totaled out to over $1200 and I bought for $660, so if I wanted to I'm sure I could flip it for a profit, considering I bought more accessories for it.

If I wanted to though, I would. The 7 Plus is amazing!

You don't have to buy at ATT.... I paid of my final forty something dollars to be eligible for upgrade and I'm preordering tonight at apple...

If you read what I posted, you will see that I owe $517 to pay off my Next. $277 is required to pay off half of it. $40 is not even close to what I owe.

That is why I have to sell my 6s Plus for at least $500.

What does ATT charge you if you do something like Apple Upgrade Program at Apple's site? $10?

I might get the T-Mobile version to avoid the ATT activation fee if it does apply for something like Apple Upgrade Program.
