I got my iphone 6s about 2 weeks ago.
I noticed that there's a dust under the screen on the top left corner, also when pressing the display (3d touch for example) it makes really loud cracking noise. I made an appointment then I took it to apple to see those "Geniuses" and waited for an hour for someone to help. anyway they said they can only replace the screen. After they replaced my screen. The new one also has dust (but in different place) and the pressing noise continued plus they damaged the bottom side. What should I do now?

You shouldn't have left the store if you noticed they damaged your device. It will be impossible to prove that they damaged your device and you didn't damage it after leaving the store. Your best bet is to either schedule another appointment or call in and ask to speak with a manager. Keep as calm and cool as possible, if you get upset or angry, they will be less willing to work with you, and just explain your story. Accidents happens, even if its their fault, getting angry at them will only make matters worse.

Write "you broke my iphone" on your junk, go into the Apple Store and take pictures of your junk with all the idevices, leave the store and go to a different Apple Store for service.

It's probably not dust but actually dead pixels. Have someone with good visual acuity take a closer look.

I returned two phones which looked like dust but the apple store guy confirmed they were dead pixels and it wasn't possible for dust to get in there as the components are glued shut. While I didn't check the first one, the second one was definitely flawless in the store and over a week it developed this "dust". So checking in the store may not be enough.

I've had my third phone for a week now and that top left corner has been "dust"-free so far.

Hey, read about your IPhone! So Sorry for that!

But dude it is important that when you are buying any of the electronic gadget you should cross check in the store itself that whether the product is properly working or not! But, any ways now the only thing you can do is get back to them and complain about it. After all you have earned it after spending so much money, you have all the rights to find the one which is in best working condition.

wishing you all the best!

Hope you get the best one this time. :)

It's possible to have dust under the screen. Mine has and i confirmed it by powering off the screen and easily spot the dot of dust on the same spot where the problem is and you can not wipe it off. I agree with the screen on it can look a dead pixel though.

I'm sure it's a dust and at the genius bar they also told me it's dust, because when I shake the device it moves slightly.

Wow, so this is a common thing.

My experiences with Apple for the last 5 years is terrible. I had an iphone 4, 5s, and now the 6s, all of them had problems outta the box.

But that's it. My next smartphone will be one of dem Androids :p
