iPhone 6S WiFi issue. iOS 9.0.1

Okay, mine was week 38. I noticed that my iphone repeatedly fall back and forth between LTE signal and WiFi signal even though I was sitting next to to modem/router.

I wonder if this is a small bug in iOS 9 or the hardware itself....
