Well, my order via Apple for ATT black matte 256GB Plus, was just auto cancelled. Thanks. AT&T you POS, even though there was nothing wrong with my account.

Any clue as to why AT&T would do that?? I was afraid of this happening to my account, since there was a mixup with the phone lines!!!

It's still the 19th. People in here should have expected delivery dates between the 27-29th so considering all of the differences in the skus and order times, I don't think anyone should get bent out of shape just yet.

that does suck! Especially considering the energy and time taken to get this far, the least they could have done was try to contact you to resolve the issue before cancelling! Now you have to jump at the end of the queue, if you reorder??
Did you, by chance, make two preorders on the same line on 9/9, and attempt to cancel the first one you did?
Only reason I can imagine they'd do that. That would cause them to think you weren't eligible for upgrade.

Maybe there is a manual check on some orders that are delaying them. Either way I am chatting with Apple to see is something is wrong with my order. I purchased 7 from AT&T to try it out, was about to keep it an cancel the 7+, but decided I needed a better camera... I returned the 7 for a refund, but noticed my AT&T account now shows I am past due for the refunded amount, which will not balance out until the end of the week, when the device is back in their inventory! I was livid!! thought this would impact me before the phone shipped! Really it's AT&T screwy inventory management system! But, I should have known better and not picked up the additional phone!

No. The first attempt to pay "failed", but said to wait for the payment to be accepted and I did - and it was, about 17 minutes after pre-order start, I got a confirmation email. Bill's paid, phone number available for full upgrade, excellent credit. An AT&T f-up.
I held it via ups my choice so I can't see the tracking anymore surprised they haven't fixed that yet
