It just hit me that its probably EASILY plausible. Your phone could have been here on its way to a buyer and then they cacelled before it was sent out of warehouse to they just attached it to a different account real quick and sent it out.

I think Kriegripper is being honest, as tekjunkie pointed out it is plausible. If they really are fulfilling orders made after the 9/9 people ordered this will be the last time I order a phone from AT&T.
Yea, no reason to wait on more or go through a bunch or red tape for an unopened phone. From this thread alone it seems like a crapton of JB were Cancelled, either from being too long of a wait to being too dirty/scratch prone. I seen a lot of ppl order it and then see it in person and want the matte black.
Sick and tired of being passed over. People that ordered just a few days ago are getting their JB phones before mine that was pre ordered on 9/9.
