Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

got the text from FedEx (have notifications setup for anything shipped to my address) about an hour and a half after the text/email from AT&T... thanks FedEx, AT&T didn't provide a delivery eta.

Edit - shipping from Memphis.
oh and tried looking up by reference on FedEx like people mentioned for UPS and FedEx, only one I found to work was the order number from the website, the one that is like "K00#-XX-######..." or whatever... tried my last name, AT&T, other info, nothing else worked from reference lookup...

My wife's 7+ 128GB Rose Gold shipped today. Ordered 9/12/16 with original ship date of 10/30-11/7ish. Fedex says it will be delivered tomorrow. My 7+ 128GB Matte Black is still shown 10/18-10/25.

256GB Jet Black 7 Plus just went to backorder from *ORDR#. I repeat. 256GB Jet Black 7 Plus went to backorder from *ORDR#. Hopefully this is the good backorder, and not the "we are moving your order to November." Lol. I was having a really bad day, and this just made me feel a bit better.

My *ORDR# at 7:29pm ET was "In Progress," but *ORDR# at 9:04pm ET was "Backordered."

Still no change on 6737 and no email from att or text from FedEx saying they have a package heading my way. Hope I don't end up in back order purgatory!?! On a happier note I'm typing this on my plus 128gb mb that I received today! Same order time and date as the 32gb on which I'm still waiting.

Well that gives me a small amount of hope
 
So are we speculating that when the phone goes into "backorder" from *ORDR# that this means that it is now in the ATT warehouse (where it is then counted as their inventory) in Texas?

Well for about 90% of us that got the backorder text our phones were shipped within a that day or a few days later. Mine started in Memphis so idk if or when it was ever in Texas. There are a few people still waiting for theirs to ship 8-10 days since the backorder text. If AT&T sent you anything about agreeing to get your date pushed to later this year than that's a different story.

Our phones must be on the same truch/plane as I have that tracking and almost the same timestamps. Would make sense as yours is going VA and mine is going MD.

I was wondering too if it was maybe moving between two different facilities in Memphis. I know I will see similar scans in Baltimore as it moves between different facilities within Baltimore.

It would be awesome if mine starts in Memphis since that is really close to Bloomington, IN, so I could have a fairly fast turnover and get the phone here in the next day or 2 if it ships soon.
And yeah, that is my fear, since my order time got royally screwed up.

I'm in central Illinois and mine shipped from Dallas! But it came next day air so didn't really matter where it originated.

So my brother's phone (same config as mine) and ordered Half an hour after mine on the same family plan, had shipped and is expected to deliver tomorrow. While mine got pushed out till November.
 
BACK..ORDERED!!! FINALLY! Never thought it would happen

ordered 9/9 at 3:07 AM... ATT website has shown order time as 9/9 12:42 PM ever since beginning.

Jetblack 7+ 256 MB

Estimated ship dates 9/30-10/7 from beginning. Really hoping a tracking number comes in the AM.
