Well you guys, my final order was finally delivered. Best Buy finally came through. For those interested, I will post a timeline of events below. It feels good to vent all my frustrations to people who understand. Lol.

(9/27) Noticed online store quoting 1 business day delivery, called Customer Service. They could not figure out why new orders were going out before pre-orders. "Modified" my order and credit card charged
Est Delivery changed to 10/3
(9/30) Text message from Best Buy saying my mobile account was missing info (passcode and ssn). Called and provided it AGAIN. Quoted 24-48 hour turnaround to have issue fixed
(10/3) 3 days later, no word from Best Buy. Called customer service, they offered to cancel my order and restart it. Demanded a supervisor and asked what was happening, was told my phone would be going out today as it had been fixed and was waiting for me to call in to confirm, even though I did that multiple times.
SHIPPED 10/4 FINALLY (UPS) for delivery on 10/5
10/5 Delay UPS texts me saying they mis sorted my package and would delay it by one day
DELIVERED 10/6
Sorry for the long post. But my nightmare has finally ended!
