If you own an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus you just lost $150 bucks. Best buddy was trading in his iPhone 7 Plus and was valued at $450 trade in value. Today it's $300.
You can of course sell it on your own but even then. It's far less desirable now that there's no 7s or 7s Plus model.

A price drop Naturally happens when a new iPhone launches. The market is completely saturated with iPhones for those who are wanting to upgrade and selling the previous device. This year is no different.

This reads just like your average thread with a troll-ish headline and I guess you’ll hardly post more in here.
On the topic: new device released, old resale values drop. Welcome to technology.

o_O In Canada Apple was selling the 7plus for $1049 after the key notes it dropped to $899, but you want the trade in value to stay the same?

What WOULD be interesting to see, after more weeks and months have passed, is by how much the actual drops in 7 resale values (by actual dollars and percentages) are trending above or below the historical resale values of the older models during the same comparative periods following the 7/7+ launch last year.

Do you know how to look at sold listings on eBay?
The sales of 7 7+ are the same as the 6 6s of previous year. I can sell my 7+ 128gig right now for 600.
Trade in value? I could care less they don’t give you anything much anyway
