hello everyone I have two battery cases for the iPhone 7 on a hard surface I can hear the vibration of the iPhone when I get notifications for messenger ,text message, email or a call no vibration for Facebook app it self .

Will the vibration be heard on hard surfaces due to the case on the phone ?

Another Mac rumor user said it was normal.

Do you have same issue ?

take the case off and do the same test. Do you hear the vibration?
If yes, then no, not due to the case.
If no, then yes, it's due to the case.

With my otter box case I had before I had the phone in a different location and vibration was not that noticeable but I moved it to this location it's noticeable with the battery case here the video

glossy has nothing to do with hardness/softness of the other surface. so what was the other surface?

Do you have vibration turned on? If so, it will make a noise when its on a hard surface. Haven't you already asked this in another forum?

All "hard surfaces" are not the same. Different surfaces will resonate differently when the same vibration is applied. Even the location of the applied vibration can make a difference. The two types of cases would also change the vibration and in turn the sound that resonates from it.
