iPhone 7+ Apple.com Status = Processing

That's nice, I think this is the first post talking about Tmobile 7+ Jet black that will be sent early October or late September, all the other posts I have read are either AT&T or Verizon, are T-Mobile users left behind?
Pre ordered on apple store bout 10-15 mins after pre orders began, delivery oct 3-7 oct, still processing and no charge, have to say they shouldn't have said launching on the 16th, they knew there would be delay, getting really pissed of all the waiting and nothing happening, it kinda takes the good out of it in fairness, also nothing against the people that have ordered through carriers but shouldn't people that ordered from the apple store receive first.
I'm now pretty sure that T-Mobile customers got the short end of the stick. Over in the T-Mobile thread people who ordered directly from the carrier and were quoted a delivery date of Sep 19th - Sep 26th finally started moving to PFS and some have even received their phones (including 7+ jet blacks) yesterday. Here's hoping I get to see some movement on mine during the weekend.
If you look on the iStockNow map, there's not a single Tmobile 7+ 128GB Black in the entire country, and there hasn't been every time I've looked. For other carriers, mostly Verizon, I have seen a few pop up. It's pretty obvious from looking at various stores that there is a big shortage of the plus model. Many have almost full stock of the 7, but nothing for the 7+.
At this point I'm hoping to find a Verizon or Tmo phone locally and just cancel my preorder (which is scheduled to come the week I'm out of town anyway). They launched the phone without having enough stock. Anyone who got up in the middle of the night just to pre order a phone shouldn't have to wait a month to get it. The reasonable expectation for pre ordering something is that you'll be first in line to receive it as soon as its released. MAYBE a week late. It's kind of killed the fun and excitement of getting the new phone for me. I was really close to just canceling my order yesterday because I just don't really care as much about getting it anymore.

Exactly. If you don't have adequate stock, don't launch the product until you do. It's pretty straightforward.

Totally agree with you. While I'm glad more and more people are getting their orders, seeing some with mid to late October delivery dates getting their iPhone way ahead of me is really annoying. Let's hope we see any movement by Monday, but I'm not holding my breath. I've been buying iPhones either launch day or launch week since the iPhone 4 but this year Apple is truly testing my patience. What a disastrous launch...
If you're still in "processing", wouldn't hurt to look throughout the day for stock coming into stores. (of course if that works for you). I picked up a 2nd 7+ (black, 128g) by catching stock when it came in. Just stalked the website throughout the day. My pre-order one is here, have to pick it up at my local hub tomorrow. But stock came into my local stores for several days and plenty to reserve for pick-up. Maybe worth a try!! I had the best luck at around 10pm PST.
